Marinated Tofu sandwich (V, GF option)
Layered with baked marinated Hodo tofu, Cultured sauerkraut, creamy Miso-peanut spread, and crisp Blue Heron Baby Gem lettuce. Served on your choice of toasted Acme Brioche Roll (wheat) or our In-House Herbed Gluten-Free roll.
Roasted Solano Mushroom Portobello Sandwich (V, GF option)
Thick slices of marinated Portobello mushrooms, our house made garlic-tofu Aioli, fresh Brooks sunflower sprouts and shredded carrots and beets with your choice of toasted Acme Brioche (wheat) or our In-House Herbed Gluten-Free roll. .
SIDES:
