All of Today’s Special‘s ingredients are gluten-free while our whole grain wheat bread option for sandwiches from time to time is made by local Artisan Bakers. If it’s not sandwich season we’ve still got you covered with a variety of hot soups and Gluten-Free Buttermilk biscuits, or a Gluten-Free walnut-Blue Hopi Cornmeal crusted Pasture Raised farm fresh egg or egg-less tofu Quiche to warm your soul. Plus a list of side dishes with plenty of other Gluten-Free options available. And don’t worry, we’ve got an ingredient list on hand for any other allergy or dietary questions you need answered.
